To get started, reach out through the contact form or by email. I’ll follow up with intake and consent forms, along with payment and invoicing options. Once that’s complete and reviewed, we can schedule your first appointment together by phone.
In your initial session, we’ll explore your goals, current challenges, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. Sessions are held via secure video and designed to offer a supportive, comfortable space wherever you are.

fees
1 hour telehealth (online video) therapy session
$200 AUD
Medicare. You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Please have this referral from your doctor ready before your first session.
Rebates are processed after each appointment.
Out-of-pocket cost: $103.35 (after $96.65 Medicare rebate). Discounts may be available for those with limited means.
TAC. If you have an active claim you may be eligible for psychology services
Private Health Insurance. Alternatively if you have private health insurance cover, you may be able to claim a portion of the session fee. Confirm with your individual cover.
